Through the website forms, we collect the following personal data: full name, email address, phone number, and CVs uploaded in the Careers section.

2. Purpose of Processing

The data is collected for: commercial contact and responding to inquiries, recruitment process and candidate selection.

3. Legal Basis

Processing is based on the explicit consent of the data subject and the legitimate interest of Argenta S.R.L. for administering the recruitment process and contacting potential partners.

4. Third-Party Data Processor

Data submitted via contact or recruitment forms is processed by Web3Forms.

Web3Forms may store data on servers outside the EU, and Argenta S.R.L. ensures compliance with international data transfer mechanisms.

5. Data Retention Period

Contact form data: up to 6 months from submission.

CVs: up to 12 months from submission.

After this period, data is automatically deleted by the data processor.

You have the right to request: access to personal data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion of data (“right to be forgotten”), restriction of processing, data portability, withdrawal of consent, and filing a complaint with the Romanian Data Protection Authority (ANSPDCP).
